Openish post, for Jake and/or anyone

Max can be found curled up on the beach, watching the waves with a distracted air. He's got a bottle of Jack Daniels with him and, a little ways off, a mostly untouched mug of chamomile tea. Once he finishes the whiskey, he might be persuaded to hit golf balls off the roof of the hotel with said whiskey bottle as a tee, but someone would have to talk him into moving at the moment. Who'd like to try?
